Returns and Cancellations

Change of plan? Bought the wrong item by mistake? No problem! Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Provided the item is unopened and unused, we can offer a refund.

Here’s what to do:

  • Email us at salesteam@zoomecx.com to cancel/return your order
  • Ensure the items are unopened and unused and in their original packaging
  • Return your items to the returns address mentioned below.

Please note that we must receive this form within 14 days after the day of your delivery. We would recommend email, it is quicker.

You must return the item to us within 14 days of the date that you notified us that you intended to cancel the contract. Once we’ve received the items back we’ll refund the amount due.

Faulty/Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure that every item we deliver gets to you in perfect condition. However, if you do receive a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you let us know within 30 days of delivery then we will be able to either refund, repair or exchange the item for you as soon as possible. To help speed up the process, please try to describe the fault or damage as accurately as possible.

If the item becomes faulty more than 30 days after delivery then you can request either a repair or replacement. Please email us explaining what the fault is. There may be circumstances where it is impractical to repair the item and if that’s the case we’ll send a replacement.
